Ingredients

1. Wheat Flour Aata – 1 Kg.
2. Flour – 250 gm
3. Salt – According to taste
4. Oil – As much as needed
5. Water – As much as needed

Method of Preparation
Knead Wheat flour, normal flour, Salt, Oil and Water in a bowl. Make it soft dough. After a while, make small balls of it. Roll it by rolling pin or by hand. Keep the oil heating to fry the Puri. Simmer it on the oil until it gives off the brown color or done to a turn. It can be taken with Bhaji or Curry.
