Ingredients

• Finger sized boneless fish-250gm
• Raw egg- 1pcs
• Vinegar- 1/2 spoon
• Corn-flour- 3 spoon
• Flour – 2 spoon
• Lemon juice- 2 spoon
• Garlic paste-2 spoon
• Bread crumb- 10 gm
• Oil- 1/2 ltr
• Water- 1 cup
• Pepper powder- 2 pinch
• Mustard powder-1 spoon
• Salt -1/2teaspoon
• Chopped coriander leaves- 1 spoon
• Lemon wedge-1 pcs
• Tartar sauce-2 spoon on the site

 

Direction

At first, you should put all the ingredients into a bowl except oil and bread crumbs and whip nicely. After that, you have to splash the fish in the bread crumbs nicely. After that, you should heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish unless it is nicely browned. After the fish is well fried, you have to take it off the heat and put it on a plate. You can garnish the fish with lemon slices coriander leaf on by putting it on one side of the plate .Now it is ready to be serve or eat.
