Ingredients

1. Flour – 400gm.
2. Simnlin flour (rough) – 100gm.
3. Soda – 1gm.
4. Baking Powder – 3gm.
5. Yogurt (Curd) – 25gm.
6. Sugar – 10gm
7. Purified Ghee – 20gm.
8. Salt – According to taste
9. Oil – As much as needed

Method of Preparation

While making Bhatura Dough, Well-strain the rough flour and the fine flour and mix it well. Put some salt. Knead the Bhatura flour with sugar and salt mixture with oil until it becomes softer. Cover it with a clean damp cloth. Make it similar size of ball and roll it with a rolling pin or by hand and fry it on well-heated oil. When it become brown color, remove from oil and can be taken with Chhole or any kind of curry.
