Ingredients

1. Boiled Potato – 1 kg.
2. Garlic paste – ½ teaspoon
3. Ginger paste – ½ teaspoon
4. Tomato (Chopped in small size) – 100 gm.
5. Onion (Chopped in small size) – 50 gm.
6. Chilly powder – ½ teaspoon
7. Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
8. Cumin-seed powder – ½ teaspoon
9. Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
10. Cumin-seed – 1 teaspoon
11. Cooking oil – 100 ml.
12. Salt – According to taste
13. Water – As much as needed

 

Method of Preparation

Well wash the potato and boil it. Remove the bark of potato. Cut it into cube size and be ready with all the ingredients needed for Bhaji. Heat the oil in a pot, put cumin-seed and stir it to a brown color. Garlic and turmeric paste. Cook for few minutes and then pour all the spices, chopped small size tomato and cook it. Add necessary salt and water with chopped potato and cook it for 10-15 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaf. Now, it is ready and can be taken with Puri.
