Pork curry

Ingredients
• Pork meat(cut intosmall pieces)-1 kg
• Turmeric powder-half spoon
• Cumin and coriander powder-2 spoon
• Red chilli powder-2 spoon
• Green chilli-4 pcs(chopped)
• Finely chopped onion-200 gm
• Garlic and ginger paste-3 spoon
• Chopped potato-200 gm
• Meat masala-1 spoon
• Garam masala powder-half spoon
• Fenugreek seeds-1 teaspoon
• Water-as needed (minimum 1 cup)
• Cooking oil-100 ml
• Chopped bell pepper-50 gm
• Sliced green chilli for garnish-1 pcs

Direction

At first, you have to take oil and heat it up on a pan and add the fenugreek seeds and fry it untill the seeds get light black. And then, put the turmeric powder too and fry it for a few more seconds. Then after add the pork pieces and cook it at least for about 10 minutes. After that, you have to stir it well and covering cook it another few more minutes. You have to cook or fry it till you see the pork turned fully brown colour. After that, you should add the bell pepper pieces and onion pieces and stir the curry nicely and let it become softer while cooking.
After that, add all the masala items as well as ginger and garlic paste, salt and mix them nicely by stiring. And then, you have to add tomato pieces and cook it untill the tomatoes turns out nice gravy. Then after,if you want gravy in your curry, you should add in some water as you want and let it get cooked until the water in the curry gets nicely boiled. Finally,turn off the heat and spread some finely chopped fresh coriander leaf on top nicely all around. And you can use some lemon juice if you like. This is how you should prepare your pork curry. Now your pork curry is ready to be served.
